SHIPPING & RETURNS

Depending on weight of your order our UK postage charges are:

Small package £1.99

Large Package £3.99

All Orders will be sent out Via Standard First Class Royal Mail and with a proof of postage retained.

Any orders over £50 will require a signature on delivery.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

 

UK ORDERS

Orders including Notebooks, Sunglasses, Jewellery and Plant Pots will be posted out within 4 working days of order being placed and should arrive no later than 10 working days after purchase.

Orders including Phone Cases, MacBook Skins, MacBook Cases and Prints can take up to 10 working days before dispatch. This is due to items being made to order. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days of your dispatch email, please contact us via email paige.cavill@live.co.uk.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International Postage charges are standard £6.99

All international orders will be sent out via Standard First Class Royal Mail, every country has different delivery times, but should on average take between 5-20 days from dispatch date.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Orders including Notebooks, Sunglasses, Jewellery and Plant Pots will be posted out within 4 working days of order being placed.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for and charges incurred at customs. Buyers are fully responsible for any charges.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer refunds on everything apart from personalised phone cases due to the fact they cannot be re-sold when made to order.

Refunds can be processed up to 14 days after receipt of your order. To receive a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original selling condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

To return an item please contact us via paige.cavill@live.co.uk and we will provide instruction. Once we have received your return we will notify you and your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any returns postage costs and we recommend using a tracked shipping service as your proof of postage is not proof of us receiving your item.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

 Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Please also consider the fact that some items are made to order and cannot always be refunded due to late cancellations. If your item is made to order, please notify us within 24 hours of any changes or cancellations to prevent this issue occurring.

If your order has already been dispatched, it will then have to be dealt with as a refund as instructed above.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order has become faulty or broken in transit, please contact us via email paige.cavill@live.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to send out a replacement item as soon as possible, or if you would prefer a refund, please let us know.
